Our House
Three kitchens.
One long table.
Gayatri began as a neighbourhood dining room for the families and workers of Vatva GIDC — a place to sit down properly, on a white tablecloth, over a real Gujarati thali. Word travelled. The banquet hall came next.
Today three kitchens run side by side: a Gujarati kitchen where the dal is still tempered to order, a Punjabi tandoor for slow-charred paneer and hot naan, and an Indo-Chinese wok station that sends out sizzlers still smoking. Everything, without exception, is pure vegetarian.
